What data is collected
This site collects the following types of data:
- Contact form submissions: When you use the contact form on the homepage, you may provide your name, phone number, and email address. This information is stored temporarily for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.
- Server logs: Standard web server access logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes. These logs include IP addresses, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. They are not used for tracking or profiling.
- Cookies: This site sets a single functional cookie to store your cookie consent preference (accept or reject). No third-party tracking cookies are used. No analytics cookies are used.
Purpose and legal basis
Data collected via the contact form is processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Server logs are retained on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for security monitoring and technical maintenance.
Data retention
Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 90 days after the enquiry is resolved, after which it is deleted. Server access logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days. Cookie preference data is stored in your browser's localStorage and is not transmitted to any server.
Third-party services
This site does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking or analytics service. Images served from upload.wikimedia.org are loaded from the Wikimedia Foundation's servers; their privacy policy applies to those requests. No other third-party resources are loaded.
Cookies
The only data stored by this site in your browser is a localStorage key named "cookieConsent" which records whether you accepted or rejected the cookie notice on the homepage. This key contains no personal data and is not transmitted to any server. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.
No cookies are set by linliqua.eu for advertising, tracking, or analytics purposes.
